Dr. Cynthia Lowe: Founder, Principal, and English Teacher

Dr. Cynthia Lowe is the visionary founder of CrossRoads to Success, serving as our esteemed Principal, Administrator, and English teacher. Her unwavering leadership, dedication, and profound commitment to academic excellence have been instrumental in shaping our school into the supportive and student-focused learning environment it is today. Mr. Juan: Middle and High School Teacher

Mr Juan joined The CrossRoads to Success Family in 2023 and quickly became a vital part of our Educational Team. He teaches a wide range of Middle and High School courses, bringing enthusiasm and a dynamic approach to learning. His dedication helps students navigate complex subjects and develop a strong foundation for their academic journeys.

Julia Lowe: Office Assistant

Julia Lowe came aboard in mid-2026, bringing valuable support to our administrative team. She assists with a variety of office work, contributing to the efficient operation of the school. Her efforts ensure that our daily tasks are managed effectively, allowing the rest of the staff to focus on student success and educational excellence.

Jimmy Lowe: School Photographer

Jimmy Lowe serves as the official school photographer, capturing the most significant milestones at CrossRoads to Success. He is responsible for taking inspiring graduation photos and preserving other memorable moments for our students and their families. His work helps create lasting memories of achievement and growth within our school community.
